Over the years we have had an office with varying numbers of staff full time from (2–5) or on contract; the numbers depend on the volume of work and economic times. The growth of the business is constrained by ensuring each project is overseen by the head principal. The supervision of every project ensures the best design outcomes and quality of documentation.

Principal building designer Archie Marmarou has worked in the industry since 1982 and leads every project through sketch design, documentation and permit-ready working drawings.
